Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store operations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills guidelines.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
