Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide outstanding customer service.
- Perform cashiering, stocking, and cleaning duties effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate with management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
