Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's overall appearance. You will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Skilled in equipment operation and general cleaning.
• Good communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
