Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to company procedures, including cash handling and security policies.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
