Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers with their shopping experience, and collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth operation.

Starting Wage

$18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping visit.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by participating in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
