Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. As part of our team, you will focus on merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining overall store cleanliness to deliver exceptional service.

Job Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures
• Perform general cleaning tasks and operate equipment safely

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
