Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's smooth operations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week, starting at a competitive wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate cash registers and other store equipment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
