Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Team Members at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory management and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Capable of handling equipment and performing cleaning duties effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
