Job Description
We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and collaborating with the ALDI team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills) values
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
- Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring document and data security
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
- Capable of safely using store equipment and performing cleaning tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
