Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the team. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Assist customers and enhance their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting.
