Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store remains organized, well-stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and displays neatly
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Collaborate with team members and management
• Maintain inventory accuracy
• Operate cash register efficiently

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to operate equipment
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
