1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing shipments, and ensuring a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate and organize merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and budget goals.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Physical capability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
