3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Stocker, you will play a vital role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets quality and safety standards. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week, offering a starting wage of $23.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality or safety issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for efficient warehouse operations.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and safely operate powered industrial equipment.
