Job Description
New Era Technology is seeking an AV Field Engineer to join our global team of technology professionals. As an AV Field Engineer, you will be responsible for installing and testing AV and multimedia systems, troubleshooting complex AV setups, and upholding our high standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Support the installation team in setting up AV systems.
- Perform technical tasks such as wiring, labeling, and equipment installation.
- Fabricate AV systems both on-site and in-house as required.
- Test and troubleshoot control systems and audiovisual setups.
- Train clients on how to effectively use AV systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- AVIXA CTS certification and a minimum of four years of AV experience.
- Proficiency with a variety of audiovisual applications and tools.
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Clean driving record and a valid US Passport.
