SilverCrest is seeking a passionate Director of Programming to join Kingsley Shores Senior Living, an Assisted Living Facility. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing exceptional programs for our residents, ensuring their dignity and care. As the primary program developer, your contributions will be vital to resident and family satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and lead engaging programs for residents.
• Maintain a high standard of care and customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in therapeutic recreation.
• Minimum of 2 years in a programs-related position with leadership experience; assisted living setting preferred.
