We are seeking a results-oriented Store Manager to lead one of our local branches at Arnold Motor Supply, a top distributor and retailer of automotive parts with a strong focus on service. As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering a high-performance team environment.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead exceptional customer service efforts.
• Maximize sales and financial performance.
• Hire, train, and develop customer-focused associates.
• Manage inventory levels and store appearance.
• Ensure safety standards and loss prevention procedures are upheld.
• Maintain accounting functions and accounts receivable.
• Conduct store meetings and ensure building maintenance.

Qualifications
