RECEIVING AND SHIPPING CLERK

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Receiving and Shipping Clerk to join Building Automation Products Inc's Materials Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless flow of raw materials and products within the organization, contributing to the efficient production and delivery of BAPI products.

Responsibilities

• Receive raw materials and parts promptly, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Package and ship BAPI products correctly using commercial carriers to prevent damage.
• Participate in inventory management and maintain organized inventory locations.
• Assemble products to specification following established procedures and guidelines.
• Assist in monthly inventory counts and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain industry knowledge and actively participate in team efforts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of raw material and part receiving experience.
• Experience with inventory management systems such as Kanban preferred.
• Basic understanding of electronics desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
