We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Director to join our team at SilverCrest's Village Shores Campus, an Assisted Living Facility. As the Clinical Director, you will lead the way in managing, ensuring compliance, and spearheading the success of our clinical services program. Your role will involve training and supervising clinical staff to provide quality care that exceeds residents' expectations. You will collaborate with a team of nurses to deliver personalized care plans, making a real impact on the lives of older adults.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the assisted living clinical services program.
• Train and supervise clinical staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Develop and maintain personalized care plans for residents.
• Collaborate with nurses to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

• Minnesota Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in Assisted Living.
• Current CPR certification.
