Responsibilities
As a dedicated CNA at SilverCrest, you will adopt a resident-centered approach, ensuring each individual receives compassionate care with dignity and respect. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, medications, mobility, and finding ways to bring joy to our residents.
- Varied schedules including morning, evening, and overnight shifts.
- Interact with residents and provide support based on individual needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum one-year experience in assisted living or related healthcare field preferred.
- CNA certification is mandatory.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
