Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking dedicated Caregivers to join our team and provide high-quality care and services to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Caregiver, you will build meaningful relationships, assist with daily living activities, and create a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance to seniors with activities of daily living.
• Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans (ISP) for residents.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a risk-free environment.
• Participate in life-enriching activities and dining services for residents.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED and relevant certifications where required.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
