Job Description

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living as Caregivers. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Building meaningful relationships, fostering engagement, and ensuring the well-being of our residents are key aspects of this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with seniors and their families.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans.
• Promote a safe and nurturing environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and demonstrate flexibility.
• High School diploma/GED and relevant certifications.
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
