Job Description: Caregiver at Sunrise Senior Living

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care, build meaningful relationships, and enhance the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with seniors and their families, providing assistance with daily living activities.
• Monitor residents' well-being, notify management of changes, and adjust care levels accordingly.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and engage residents in enriching activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and uphold service standards.

Qualifications:

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED, certifications as required, and experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
