We are looking for a dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing top-quality care and services to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with daily living activities and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
• Ensure residents' safety and well-being throughout the shift.
• Respond to dining needs while maintaining hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED required, certifications may be necessary in some states.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
