Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families, providing assistance with daily activities and individual care needs.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
• Ensure residents' well-being, safety, and comfort during your shift.
• Collaborate with the community team to maintain a safe and enriching environment.
• Deliver exceptional dining experiences in line with Sunrise standards.
• Encourage residents to engage in life-enriching activities.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and teamwork abilities.
• High School diploma or equivalent; certifications may be required.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
