As a Caregiver, you will build meaningful relationships with seniors, assist with daily living activities, and create enriching experiences tailored to individual preferences.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents and families, provide assistance with daily living activities, and attend to individual care needs.
• Collaborate with the team to develop Individualized Service Plans and ensure resident safety and well-being.
• Promote a caring and engaging environment through life skills activities and personalized care.
• Adhere to Sunrise's Principles of Service and hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certification may be required depending on state regulations.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
