Caregiver

Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated Caregiver to join the Sunrise Senior Living team. The Caregiver role involves providing exceptional care and services to a group of residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, assisting with daily activities and individual care needs.
• Notify management of any changes in residents' conditions and recommend appropriate adjustments in care levels.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure residents' needs are met.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents by adhering to safety regulations and community guidelines.
• Provide dining assistance while maintaining exceptional hospitality standards.
• Engage residents in enriching activities and programs as outlined in their profiles.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with exceptional customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required based on state regulations.
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
