• Maintain a safe and compliant community environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to various duties.
• High School diploma/GED and relevant certifications where required.
• Previous experience in senior care is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
