Responsibilities
- Complete follow-through on orders from beginning to end
- Enter data and process orders accurately
- Schedule pick-ups and delivery appointments
- Arrange trucks and negotiate freight rates
- Review and approve supplier invoices and freight bills
- Assist other departments as needed
- Handle busy phones, emails, and faxes
