Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. You will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment
  • Follow company policies and procedures with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
