Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Promote a safe work environment by working in a safe manner.
• Responsible for the repair and maintenance of various powered equipment and trailers.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and air brake systems.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks efficiently and with high quality.
• Diagnose equipment issues accurately and provide effective repair solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair shop.
• Manage spare parts inventory for maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated team player with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and passion for equipment maintenance.
• Technical degree preferred with 3-5 years of experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Basic computer skills for work order management.
