Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in Lithium Battery systems is advantageous.
• Proven track record of successful team leadership and project management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
