Job Description

We are currently looking for a Field Premium Auditor to join our Premium Audit team at Society Insurance Company. As a Field Premium Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting Workers’ Compensation and General Liability premium audits both in the field and electronically, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. Your role will involve reviewing policyholder operations, examining payroll records, completing audit recaps, and providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Workers’ Compensation and General Liability premium audits according to established procedures.
  • Review and document policyholder operations and financial records.
  • Prepare audit recaps and ensure accurate and timely completion of audits.
  • Provide customer service support and handle audit-related inquiries.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to premium audits.
  • Continuously enhance audit quality and expertise through professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 3+ years of premium audit experience OR Associate degree with 5+ years of premium audit experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills and spreadsheet applications.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
  • Familiarity with industry organizations such as PAAS, ISO, NCCI, and WCRB.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Completion of insurance and premium auditing designations, such as AINS, APA, CPCU, CIPA, is a plus.
