We are currently looking for a Full-Time Outside Sales Professional to join our team at Arnold Motor Supply. As a key member of our commercial sales team, you will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships, providing expert guidance on automotive parts, and delivering exceptional service.

Primary Accountabilities

• Ensure utmost customer satisfaction through personalized service.
• Create and execute annual account plans for both existing and prospective clients.
• Implement effective sales tracking and customer relationship management strategies.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and remain a subject matter expert in the field.
• Foster strong partnerships with vendors to enhance sales and cater to customer needs.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Minimum of two years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Experience in related industries is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical fitness for standing, lifting, bending, and walking.
• Basic computer skills.
