Supervising Property Manager (Downtown Portland)

Job Description

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a Supervising Property Manager to oversee two historic 84-unit apartment communities in Downtown Portland - Doricourt and Carmelita Apartments. As a Supervising Property Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day property management activities, including marketing, maintaining property integrity, resident screening, rent collection, employee supervision, and training. This role offers an hourly rate of $25 - $27 and full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm. Additionally, benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, employer-paid life insurance, a 401(k) program, paid time off, and an employee assistance program.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operations of Doricourt and Carmelita Apartments.
• Supervise and train property employees.
• Ensure property integrity and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee marketing and leasing activities.

Requirements

• 2 years of customer service and property management experience.
• Experience with Entrata Property Management Software preferred.
• Basic proficiency in MS365 applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws and safety protocols.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
