Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to both internal and external members in line with the Credit Union's Service Promises.
• Act in the best interest of members and the Credit Union, maintaining professionalism and high-quality interactions.
• Identify member needs, recommend appropriate products and services, and exceed member expectations.
• Possess strong knowledge of HHCU products, services, and member experience standards to serve as a trusted resource.
• Efficiently handle account maintenance, loan applications, and other financial transactions with accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in retail settings with regular customer interactions.
• Proficiency in cash handling and office work, with knowledge of lending principles preferred.
• Ability to analyze data, establish positive working relationships, and deliver consistent sales and service performance.

Work Environment

• Normal physical mobility and agility with occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers, eye-hand coordination, and ability to work in a climate-controlled office setting.
