Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and create customized engine machining solutions.
• Operate and maintain machine shop equipment with precision and safety.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse range of projects from various industries including agriculture, high-performance, diesel, and vintage/restoration.
• Provide accurate job estimates and ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain open communication with customers throughout projects.
• Conduct a variety of machine shop tasks such as engine rebuilds, reconditioning, and parts machining.

Requirements

• Strong manual dexterity skills for machining and assembly operations.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to lift a minimum of 70 pounds regularly.
• Physical capabilities for standing, lifting, twisting, bending, and sitting.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency.
