Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training to prepare you for running your own store effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising day-to-day store activities, maintaining high store performance standards, managing schedules, and developing operational plans. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and developing the team to deliver outstanding customer service.

• Supervise team operations to ensure exceptional customer service

• Manage customer concerns efficiently and maintain store presentation
• Contribute to the recruitment and training process

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old or above
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong customer service skills and leadership qualities
• Proficiency in interpreting and applying company policies
• Previous retail experience with at least 3 years in a progressive role
• Education equivalent to a high school diploma
• Management experience preferred
