Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day store operations, managing team performance, handling customer concerns, ensuring proper product merchandising, and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Implement company strategies and core values to foster teamwork.
• Manage store signage, product quality, and inventory levels.
• Hire, train, and develop store personnel.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
