Responsibilities

  • Manage the life-cycle of assigned corporate risk management problems.
  • Perform root cause analysis and coordinate actions to resolve issues.
  • Maintain inventory of problems and monitor progress in ServiceNow.
  • Identify and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Mentor Service Support Specialists if assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Mathematics, Analytics, or Statistics.
  • 4+ years of experience in Consumer Banking Call Center Operations or related areas.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • 1+ years of risk management or people management experience.
