Lead Problem Management Specialist - CRM

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the life-cycle of assigned Problems, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate actions to resolve issues.
  • Maintain inventory of problems in ServiceNow, ensure quality documentation, and propose process improvements.
  • Manage service level agreements, work with business partners, and mentor Support Specialists.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Mathematics, Analytics, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Consumer Banking Call Center Operations or related areas.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 1+ years of risk management or people management experience.
