Job Description

We are looking for a Manager of Respiratory Services to lead our Respiratory Care team at Kettering Health Network. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation and management of respiratory services, including budgeting, inventory, staff education, and daily operations. This role requires a strong commitment to our mission, vision, and values, serving as a role model for the network initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CardioPulmonary and Respiratory departments at Sycamore Medical and Franklin Emergency Department.
• Oversee supply inventory, expense budgets, productivity, and staff education.
• Ensure compliance with licensure requirements and maintain daily operations efficiently.
• Act as a role model for KHN's Mission, Vision, and Values.

Requirements

• Graduate of a 2-4 year AMA-approved Respiratory Program.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience in the Respiratory field.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably at KHN.
• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Ohio, RRT credentials, and other relevant certifications.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and educational skills.
• Proficiency in respiratory care, supervision, and EMR systems.
