Plumbing Quality Technician

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Quality Technician to join our team at NP Mechanical Rice Services Inc. This position is based in Indio, CA, with an hourly non-exempt pay range of $22.00 - $28.00. As a Quality Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing industrial production and processing machinery.

Responsibilities

• Complete plumbing drain cleaning and in-home service calls.
• Educate and assist customers.
• Ensure quality standards are met on all jobs.
• Plan and communicate effectively to prevent and resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Be accurate and timely with paperwork and feedback.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in machinery or related fields.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting up to 70 pounds.
