Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Project Engineer to join our team at Bakerly Barn LLC. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading the technical aspects of engineering projects, from designing and commissioning process equipment to providing engineering support and overseeing deviation investigations. You will work closely with the Engineering Manager to achieve project goals and ensure operational success.

Responsibilities

  • Understand technical specifications provided by the Engineering Manager.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, analyze quotes, and make recommendations.
  • Coordinate equipment installation with contractors and internal teams.
  • Manage the launch of new equipment and production lines.
  • Train operators and technicians on equipment operation and safety procedures.
  • Identify and implement process and equipment optimizations.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Provide technical advice to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Support the Engineering Manager in achieving company goals.

Requirements

  • Flexible work schedule.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Engineering & Plant Manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and result-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in varied physical conditions.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to bend, kneel, climb, lift, and handle tools.
  • Physical stamina and visual acuity to perform necessary tasks.

Backup

The Engineering Manager serves as the backup in the absence of the Project Engineer.
