Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the Aldi team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service. Your duties will include processing customer purchases, stocking shelves, maintaining merchandise displays, and collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth in-store experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
  • Stock shelves neatly and assist customers with their shopping experience
  • Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
  • Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior work experience in retail preferred
  • Equivalent knowledge through education and experience
