Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide efficient customer service and operate a cash register
• Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience preferred
