Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
- Provide courteous and helpful customer service to enhance their shopping experience.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
- Conduct inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and report any issues to management.
- Adhere to cash handling policies to ensure security and minimize losses.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
- Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Experience in retail operations and general cleaning preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and follow instructions effectively.
