Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
  • Provide courteous and helpful customer service to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
  • Conduct inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and report any issues to management.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies to ensure security and minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
  • Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
  • Experience in retail operations and general cleaning preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and follow instructions effectively.
