Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cashier duties, merchandising, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
  • Contribute to inventory management by monitoring product levels and participating in counts.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
