Job Description

As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store operates smoothly. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience for customers. Collaboration with the Aldi team and providing exceptional customer service will be key aspects of your daily activities.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and store operations.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
  • Follow company policies, uphold data security, and confidentiality standards.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of maintaining cleanliness to company standards.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus.
