Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will collaborate with the team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are neat.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older to be employed.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate equipment like electric/manual hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
