Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Participate in inventory management and report feedback to management
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties to ensure a neat store appearance

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation
• Experience in retail environment preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
